Terms & Policies
Effective Date: December 2025
At Watt’s Up Electric Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), we want our clients to feel confident and informed when using our services. This page sets out the terms, policies, and guidelines that apply to all domestic and commercial electrical work we provide. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Policies.
1. Our Services
We provide electrical installations, maintenance, upgrades, and testing services. All work is carried out by qualified, certified electricians in compliance with UK electrical regulations. We aim to deliver services efficiently, safely, and professionally, while keeping clients informed throughout each project.
2. Quotations and Payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Any changes to the original scope may incur revised pricing, which will always be discussed and approved before work continues. Payments are due as outlined in the invoice or quotation. Late payments may delay ongoing or future work.
3. Scheduling, Access, and Safety
Clients agree to provide safe access to properties for the duration of our work. While we take care to minimise disruption, some work may require temporary interruptions to power. Safety and compliance are our top priorities, and our team follows strict industry standards.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Projects may be rescheduled or modified with prior notice. If work has already started or materials have been ordered, reasonable costs may apply. We aim to be flexible while covering the practical realities of labour and materials.
5. Liability and Warranty
Our work is carried out with care and attention to detail. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. Routine maintenance, misuse, or changes made after completion are not covered under any warranty.
6. Privacy & Data
We collect personal information only as needed to provide services, communicate, or issue invoices. We do not sell client data. For full details on data collection, use, and protection, see our Privacy & Cookies section below.
7. Cookies Policy
Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience, analyse traffic, and improve services. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings. Essential cookies are required for site functionality, while analytics cookies help us optimise performance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
